The Bodythought approach of self-knowledge and awareness is based on the AT principles that put emphasis on how to engage one’s thinking in order to re-direct consciousness and behavioral patterns.
This approach was developed by Galit Zeif, who studied the AT in London in the 1980’s, and returned to Tel Aviv in 1995.
That same year, Bodythought Studio was founded. As the Studio developed, a community of people working and researching the psycho-physical phenomena was established.
In 2005, the Bodythought Studio began offering a five-year certificate program in the study of the AT.
Bodythought uses the AT principles to achieve self-awareness and observation to provide understanding of the complexity of one-ness.
The AT, as we see it, allows you to act without habit, giving you the freedom of choice.
