Galit Zeif 

Galit studied the AT in London in 1984 through 1994.  She was mostly influenced by the teachings of Miss. Goldie.  When she returned to Tel Aviv in 1995, she founded The Bodythought Studio, where she researches and teaches the AT.

 

 


Ravit Dahan

Ravit graduated from Bodythought in 2008, and has been teaching since in the Bodythought program.  She currently is responsible for the preliminary year of the certificate program, which allows the new students to get a glimpse of what they are committing to with the study of the AT.   Ravit integrates the AT with swimming.

 

 


Yoav Taler

Yoav  teaches people of all ages about their own body, introducing them to their own habits, and giving them the time and knowledge to recondition themselves.

He is a certified AT teacher, a Pilates & Qigong instructor and a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist.

He enjoys using his knowledge to be creative in his sessions, helping people apply the holistic way in whatever they want to do better:  sedentary stuff, but also sports, fitness, physical work and daily routines.

In addition to teaching the AT, he combines in his work oriental modalities of treatment, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Zen-Shiatsu.


Enrique Ribes Martinez

In 2006, on a trip to Byron Bay, Australia, Enrique discovered AT.  He graduated from the Alexander Techniek Centrum Amsterdam in 2012.  He is keen on applying the AT to sports and travels often to deepen into the Work.  In 2014 he received a post-graduate degree from Bodythought and currently serves as an assistant to Galit Zeif, while developing his practice in Valencia and Canary Islands, Spain.

 


Natalie Geva

Natalie graduated the Bodythought certificate program in 2010.
She has been a teacher at the Bodythought Studioj since she graduated, and continues to teach the AT privately, in addition to giving vocal lessons to singers.

 


Matan Rechlis   

Matan graduated from Bodythought  in 2015.  He believes that it was only with the assistance of his training at Bodythought that he found relief from the back pain from which he suffered.

“I can honestly say that AT has helped me change my life for the better, so much that I have decided to dedicate my life to teaching other people this wonderful art.”


 Dudi Shaul 

Dudi graduated from Bodythought in 2019. He is a guitarist, composer and teacher who has developed his own unique voice playing the classical guitar.

As an AT teacher, Dudi enjoys sharing his insights into the world of music and beyond. His experience as artistic leader at Ethno Australia and guitar facilitator at Bellingen Camp Creative, combined with his passion for the Alexander Technique, vision improvement and exploring the voice have led to a creative and intuitive way to teach what he loves.


Michal Alfi

Michal Alfi, has practiced the AT since the age of 14. She graduated from Bodythought in 2015.  Since graduating, she gives private lessons in the Bodythought Studio, and is a staff member in the Teacher Certificate Program as well.

 

 


Atara Sanertaig 

Atara graduated from Bodythought in 2019.  Atara is a yoga teacher who loves working with children.  Her focus is to integrate the AT with yoga.
