We are happy to welcome our newest class of students who began their AT certificate program in January, 2020.
Over the last 30 years, we have taken the AT into the fields of research, first working into physical rehabilitation. In the last 10 years our research has grown into the ‘Philosophy of Things’ and the Arts.
The depth of the AT has a fundamental impact on our conscious connection of psycho-physical phenomena. The deeper we look into the human self it is clear that the matter (body) is a reflection of ourselves, our thoughts, our actions, and primarily, our choices in life.
Bodythought has grown over the years, with our team of teachers available in our studio in Tel Aviv, and Galit teaching in London, UK, and Valencia, Spain.
